Lab Express draw patients’ blood and pick-up urine specimens in the convenience of their homes, offices, nursing facilities etc., free of charge, as long as patients have Medicare part B, part A and B, and/or the private insurance information is valid. We accept most insurance but we do not take HMOs. Lab Express also offers ultra-low laboratory service rates; please call for rates.
Lab Express’ certified traveling phlebotomists are also trained professionally in the field of customer service that provides homebound patients a pleasant atmosphere while obtaining the specimen. Our courier picks up specimen from physician offices and other facilities at no charge. Pick-up hours can be arranged between 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Multiple pick-ups can also be arranged on a case to case basis.
Lab Express’ Customer Service team has created the most detailed sample and tracking system to ensure prompt and accurate communication to our clients on laboratory results and maintain traceability of the samples and reports. Lab Express provides client inquiries on the lab result within the day (for stat orders and most tests) and up to 5 days for certain tests. Lab Express also provides standing order service. By providing future dates, our customer service team will track the next blood draw or sample pick-up, and the results will automatically be sent to agencies or medical office requiring the result.
